The pain management service at Total Orthopedics and Sports Medicine provides interventional pain management care for patients with musculoskeletal and neurologic pain due to cervical and lumbar herniated discs, cervical and lumbar radiculopathy, cervical and lumbar stenosis, and radiculopathy from spondylolisthesis. Procedures performed by our pain management team include cervical and lumbar epidural steroid injections, cervical and lumbar facet joint and facet nerve injections, sacroiliac joint and muscle trigger point injections, and spinal cord neurostimulator testing and implantation. Our pain management services are provided in our Massapequa, Syosset, and Bayside Queens locations.
